Log in with the username and password provided for your agency in the Criminal Justice Annual Profile survey notification letter.
The “Agency Information” page will appear with the agency information pre-populated.
- Verify and/or update the agency information.
- Verify and/or update the contact information.
- Select the check box to certify that the information is correct.
- Click on the “Save” button to proceed to the survey questions.
You may now begin the survey.
